Kintla Camp – Dedicated to Education

New in summer of 2017, we are excited to announce the opening of our new classroom we call “Kintla Camp”. This beautifully finished room is the new, expanded location for our long-standing ‘Look, Listen and Learn” programs. We are proud to continue to offer the Look, Listen and Learn series, and we welcome additional educational opportunities that will be sponsored by our partners at the Glacier Institute and Flathead Valley Community College. Kintla Camp is dedicated to education, science, history, Native American culture and history. Montana House partners with Glacier National Park to promote conservation practices.

The mission for the Kintla Camp room at the Montana House is: “To celebrate and promote the natural and cultural resources of Glacier National Park and the Crown of the Continent for the mutual benefit, enjoyment, education and inspiration of this and future generations”.

The room can seat 40 classroom style or 80 theater style. There is some limited availability to rent the room for meetings and other approved activities or functions.  If you have an educational event in search of a classroom in Glacier National Park, please contact the Montana House, and ask for Monica or Ann to apply for use of Kintla Camp.
